Located in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, the second tertiary economic centre in Ile de France, Val Saint-Quentin is a new generation business park.

Set in a 10-hectare tree-lined park organised around a large lake, Val Saint-Quentin includes 13 office buildings and a shared corporate canteen.

Designed by the architects’ firm SCAU together with the international landscapist Jean-Noël Capart, Val Saint-Quentin is an innovative vision of the office building.

Priority was given to the users’ comfort as well as energy and cost control through BREEAM certification.

Val Saint-Quentin provides an exceptional work environment less than 30 minutes away from Paris.

Already served by the RER C line and the Transilien, and soon by the metro, the park has attracted many companies such as Europcar, Leo Pharma, Adidas, Reebok, Rockwell Automation, Care Fusion, Culligan, etc.
