Located 118-120 Rue de Rivoli, the project focused on in-depth reconstruction while preserving the early 20th century facades, and others in the background dating from the 18th century. The aim was to combine economic growth, by meeting today’s needs, with respect for the existing heritage.
The renovated building now offers a range of functions: offices and housing on the upper floors and a retail space on the ground floor, which opened its doors to the first H&M in France.
