New flagship project in Budapest

In the Váci Corridor (13th district), the Green Court project concerns an entire block measuring almost one hectare. This mixed environment of high architectural quality is located just a few steps from the Váci út and the “Dózsa György út” metro station.

Green Court is a mixed development project consisting of two office buildings and two residential buildings around a central square offering services and restaurants.

Two residential buildings of 8 floors each for a total of 275 apartments, 16 retail outlets and more than 230 parking spaces.

Two office buildings of 7 floors each, totalling an area of more than 20,000 sq.m GLA, including around 1,500 sq.m GLA of retail outlets and nearly 300 parking spaces.
