Centrality’s development is the result of a shared vision with the community of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines as part of the overall renewal of its hypercentre.
A beautiful dynamic that will include three buildings signed Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, positioned on the RER station. This development is in the continuity of our «Native» building rented to Orange and sold to HSBC.
These three buildings will upgrade the downtown of SaintQuentin-en-Yvelines and allow the station to open to the city. Place Charles de Gaulle and Place Choiseul will become one, thanks to the total redevelopment of public spaces, allowing the vegetation of the Sources de la Bièvre park to colonize this new urban space that will become an island of freshness.
