DISCOVER BINAR BUILDING IN BARCELONA

The BINAR project is the 2nd office building developed in Barcelona by CODIC and is currently under construction in the new 22@ office area next to the Gloriès tower and next to its first StepUp project located in the same street, Carrer Pamplona.

The building is already pre-let to Socialpoint, which is a world-renowned game developer and publisher specialising in video games: Dragon City, Monster Legends, Tasty Town. The headquarters is based in the United States.

They were seduced by the concept and its exceptional architecture designed by BCA Architects. The building is clad with a curtain wall in the style of Mies Van der Rohe that allows for daylight with all the thermal qualities protecting against the heat of the sun.

Binar will be a touchless and corona-proof building with the latest technology: touchless access, thermal cameras, opening windows and advanced air filtration. It will also provide occupants with a unique outdoor and social living environment through its ground floor terraces and rooftop.

The building is scheduled for delivery in November 2023.
