Located on Avenue Charles-Quint, close to the motorway leading to the sea and a major interchange, Atlantis marks the northern entrance to Brussels. The project is part of the development of the ‘Porte de Ville’ Zone of Regional Interest and involved the reconstruction of a 1.8 ha housing complex. Alongside the construction of new housing and a nursery, the three office buildings Access, Bridge and Corner create a multifunctional and convivial urban complex.

 

Right next to a vast commercial complex, a sports centre and public transport, Atlantis also offers a range of services that contribute to the occupants’ comfort and quality of life.

 

Atlantis received the very first environmental certification ever awarded in Belgium and Europe for the Access and Bridge buildings, assessed according to the ‘BREEAM Europe for Offices 2008’ method.
