65 CROISETTE
Backing onto the Palais Miramar, between the Carlton and the Martinez, 65 Croisette reflects a completely original commercial ambition: to attract eight luxury shops and create a new 1,800 m2 commercial anchor point on the Croisette. Arranged around a central square, the eight shops operate autonomously; each one can be accessed from Boulevard de la Croisette. All the shops have two floors with an area on the ground floor and one in the basement.
The architectural design was entrusted to architects and set designers Alain Moatti and Henri Rivière, who succeeded in creating an architectural gem. An elegant veil of silk-screened glass, made by an Italian master glass-maker in Padua, cleverly replaces the traditional canopies, creating an incredible sense of lightness in the complex. Brilliantly illuminated at night, the veil further reinforces the remarkable character of the place.
